MeepleCon 2026 will be held at Box Hill Town Hall. Officially opened in 1935, the stately Box Hill Town Hall is considered to be the City of Whitehorse’s historic landmark building and we can’t wait to share this wonderful space with you.

The Box Hill Town Hall is located at:

1022 Whitehorse Road,

The main entrance to the Town Hall is accessible from Whitehorse Road, with an additional eastern entrance accessible from Bank Street.

All entrances to the Town Hall are wheelchair accessible.

Tram route 109: Stop Box Hill Central/Whitehorse Rd is about 700m from the Town Hall.

By Train

Box Hill Train Station is on Belgrave/Lilydale line.The Box Hill Town Hall is around a seven-minute walk from the Box Hill Train Station.

Off street and Paid Parking is available nearby. Please note that parking at the Town Hall is limited, and we recommend that you allow enough time to find a suitable park before visiting. You can also park on Whitehorse Road, Bank Street, behind the Box Hill Library or at the multilevel car parks nearby.

Accessible parking 

There are three parking bays located approximately 5 meters from the entrance to Artspace. Please note that these parking spaces cannot be reserved.
